Attention CrossFit South Redlands
We are closed Saturday for the NLI competition in Long Beach. We will have a team WOD on Super Bowl Sunday and then be back to Normal Session Hours on Monday February 4th. If you have any further questions please message us on Facebook or call us.
CrossFit South Redlands Extreme Kids Program is designed for kids of all ability levels to develop a love for fitness. We run your child through our CFSR strength and conditioning techniques to help their little bodies grow. Developing coordination, accuracy, balance, flexibility by using fun activities to keep them motivated! Fun Fitness is our goal for them. This is a great program to keep your kids active in between sports seasons or to inspire them to be more active! Classes begin January 14th and will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5 pm. Call us for pricing or if you have any other questions! Sign them up now the Winter Season goes from January 14th to March 15th. Hurry and get them signed up.
CFSR PALEO CHALLENGE!! Starts January 3rd and goes ALL month. Only $10 to participate and $1 for every cheat meal you take. Winner takes all! If you wish to compete, weigh ins and measurements MUST be taken the first week of January. The box will be open starting January 3rd, so even if you cant wod, stop in to get your measurements taken. Any questions, ask or message Denise, Chad, or Bianca. Handouts will be available on the fb page of what foods are included and excluded in the Paleo diet. There will also be a Paleo Nutrition Class Thursday January 10th, at 5pm. Please sign up at the box. This class is different from the Nutrition Foundations class and will cover the specifics of the Paleo diet with recipe ideas and helpful tips for the challenge so you’re not just eating chicken and steamed broccoli all month. 🙂 Lets kick off the New Year with better health!

As we near the end to another great year and begin the holiday season remember that we all have goals to achieve whether it be to shed some pounds, get that first pull up, ring dip, or double under, pr some lifts, or begin competing. So let’s enjoy ourselves this thanksgiving and get right back on schedule with our training Saturday morning! Get in today for the wod so we can reward ourselves tomorrow with that stuffing and pumpkin pie we’ve been dreaming about all year!
